Salvation

We believe in the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and every person must call on the name of Jesus Christ by faith for salvation!

-                     Acts 4:12 says “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Why does a person need to be saved?

-                     Romans 3:23 says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

What does this mean?

-                     Every person created in this world has a sin problem, and because of there sinful heart they fall short of what God has for them!

-                     Romans 6:23 says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

-                     This means because of a sinful heart a person is lost and deserves hell, but God made a way for us to be saved from sin!

What did God do?

-                     Romans 5:8 says, “But God demonstrates His love towards us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

-                     Even through God knows of our sinful heart He did not let that hinder His plan of salvation for all mankind!

-                     John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

-                     God still loves you, no matter what! He proved it on the cross!

What you must do to be saved?

-                     First, a person must repent of there sins (Acts 3:19), turn away from their sinful heart and believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross to be the substitute for their sins and God raised Him three days later!

-                     Second, confess Jesus Christ as Lord of your life! Romans 10 9-10 says, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

Can everyone accept this gift?

-                     Yes, Romans 10:13 says, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

-                     God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you and you can be saved today!

-                     Call on the name of Jesus today!

WE ARE PRAYING FOR YOU! AND FOR GOD’S WILL IN YOUR LIFE!
